Running molds: 50 pcs blank / 100 pcs branded. New tools: usually from 500 pcs after we confirm the design.
Certificates
Selected models carry IEC type numbers (YDTL / YDTP / YDTC / AMC). Ask for the PDF that matches your SKU — we do not stamp every accessory with a blanket claim.

Spec & NDA
Send a drawing, sample, or a photo of the lead you use today. We sign NDA/NNN before customer drawings leave your desk.

Mold & over-mold
In-house mold shop plus injection and over-molding. Plug geometry, color, and strain relief stay in one factory.

Marking & test
CAT and current must match the assembly. Strong magnetic tips are CAT IV 1000V 2A — not 10A.

Brand pack-out
Logo, color, length, and retail or FBA packaging through our packing partners.
