Engineering path
- 01
Incoming materials
Conductor, silicone jacket, and housing lots are checked before they enter molding. We inspect insulation, dimensions, and appearance — not a cosmetics-silicone incoming script.

Tooling
Molds live in our shop. Plug and strain-relief changes do not bounce between two vendors.
- 03
Injection & over-mold
Housings and cable over-molds are run here, with engineers for prototype and production tweaks.
- 04
Assembly & marking
Crimp or weld, then CAT/current marks on the part where the rating applies. A kit is only as strong as its weakest tip.
- 05
Pack-out
Brand boxes and Amazon-ready packs via packing partners. We do not print giftware copy on this line.
Lead times for samples and new tools are quoted after we see the structure — we do not publish a fake “7-day world” number.
